TPMSS – Tactical Project Management Support Services
Under the TPMSS contract, IPT provides Project Management and Businesses Analysis services to the Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA). We provide professional support and guidance as the VBA, in conjunction with VA’s Office of Information and Technology (OI&T) upgrades, and replaces a number of legacy IT applications and systems.
AFTAS - Air Force Technical and Analytical Support
Under the AFTAS contract, IPT leads Acquisition Program Management transformation and improved Portfolio Management for the Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition (SAF/AQX). The effort spans an $81M portfolio of more than 160 domain systems and tools supporting the Air Force, the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and the international acquisition community.
The Veterans Technology Services (VETS) Government wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC)
VETS GWAC is a small business set-aside contract for service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) small technology firms. It is the result of Executive Order 13360 that is designed to strengthen federal contracting opportunities for SDVO firms.
AMCOM EXPRESS (Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services)
EXPRESS has replaced the Omnibus 2000 (O2K) program currently providing advisory and assistance services to AMCOM and its customers. EXPRESS is a Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contractors in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.404(b)(4).
SEATA - MDA Scientific, Engineering, Analysis & Technical Assistance
Under the SEATA contract IPT supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), a leader in innovative acquisition, with senior acquisition professionals in the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communication (C2BMC) Directorate. IPT assists the C2BMC Program Director in managing program scope, schedule, budget, risk, and performance.

SMART - System Metric And Reporting Tool
In partnership with the Council for Logistics Research (CLR), IPT provides resources to the SMART Development Team. IPT has the sole responsibility for managing and executing the Acquisition Domain Information Management Requirements process in support of the Acquisitions Chief Information Officer. SMART has just over 6,000 registered users.
